Sterlite Electric files for Rs 1500 crore IPO

Sterlite Electric (formerly Sterlite Power Transmission), a Vedanta Group firm specializing in power transmission and distribution solutions, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise up to Rs 1500 crore.
