Business Development Executive

To qualify as a suitable candidate:

§ Have a proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations

§  Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies

§  Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients

§  Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion

§  Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients

§  Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills

§  Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills

§  Have completed at least Bachelor’s Degree or MBA

Responsibilities:                                 

§ Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company’s plans

§  Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets

§  Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts

§  Develop new business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies in India

§  Write compelling business proposals

§  Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales

§  Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion

§  Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking

§  Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital

§  Demonstrate initiative and drive.

CONTENT WRITER

Job brief                         

We are looking for a Content Writer to join our editorial team and enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides and marketing copy.

Responsibilities      

§ Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

§ Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services

§ Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems

§ Proofread and edit blog posts before publication

§ Submit work to editors for input and approval

§ Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

§ Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

§ Promote content on social media

§ Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

§ Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

§ Update website content as needed

Requirements                               

§ Proven work experience as a Content Writer, copywriter or similar role

§ Portfolio of published articles

§ Experience doing research using multiple sources

§ Familiarity with web publications

§ Excellent writing and editing skills in English

§ Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Blogger etc.)

§ Ability to meet deadlines

§ BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field

 Graphic Designer

To qualify as a suitable candidate:

§ Experience in Adobe Photoshop , HTML and CSS

§ Making Website Layout on Photoshop

§ Converting PSD to HTML

§ Creating Website Banners, Flash Banners

§ Product Images – Correction, Resize, Creation

§ Emailer Design & Convert PSD to HTML

§ 1+ Year of experience.

Management Trainee

To qualify as a suitable candidate:

§ Receives training and performs duties in the department

§  Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. 

§  Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
