ASK Group preps for IPO, could be valued at $1.2 bn

Blackstone-owned ASK Group, a leading Indian asset and wealth management firm managing Rs 74,000 crore globally, is reportedly preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) that could value the company at over $1.2 billion.
