BJP, of late, turned its focus on SC (left) and has even been planning to present the Justice Sadashiva Commission report before the Legislature. The commission has a set of recommendations that seek to address the imbalance in the quota system and create a sub-quota to make opportunities available to SC (left) as well in equal proportions.
