Uddhav Thackeray gets 'flaming torch', Eknath Shinde group told to reapply

The Shinde camp had sought Trishul as its main symbol and the Rising Sun, and a mace as options. The Uddhav Thackeray group had also written to the EC seeking Trishul as its main symbol and the rising sun and the flame torch as options. The Uddhav camp meanwhile has approached the Delhi High Court against the EC order to freeze its symbol.
