Insolvency law cannot lose sheen: Nirmala Sitharaman

Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Saturday said the insolvency law cannot lose its "sheen" and asked the insolvency regulator and resolution professionals to look into why the pre-packaged scheme designed to benefit several micro, medium and small enterprises (MSMEs) had failed to gain traction.
