Bihar ministry expansion: 31 take oath; 16 from RJD

Tejashwi Yadav had declared that he would like to expand his social base from MY to every caste and community in the state. The new government has two ministers each from the Bhumihar and Rajput communities and one each from the Brahmin and Bania communities. Regional representation too has been ensured with ministers drawn from Magadh, Champaran, Kosi, Seemanchal, Shahabad and Tirhut divisions.
