Look deep and holistically at groups' unlisted units: Parekh

Company secretaries must keep an eye on the whole group businesses, and not just on the parent company because the weak points in a group lie in unlisted subsidiaries and associate companies, HDFC chairman Deepak Parekh said in an address at the 21st Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Awards.
