If protracted periods of lockdown, retrenchment, wage cuts, remote working, longer hours and a surfeit of status update check-ins have created a trust deficit between employers and their people, now is the time to reverse it. This requires a sustained investment of energy, emotion and funds. The results, though long-lasting, wont come overnight.
