5 GW electrolyser capacity on cards for green hydrogen

The electrolyser manufacturing programme is expected to be in phases and the first phase itself is likely to be among the largest in the world at 5 GW by 2030. The final scale is likely to be a lot higher as the country is looking at large capacities for economies of scale, a senior official said.
