Tata Sons may form holding company for Air India bid
The government intends to hand Air India over to a private entity by December this year. Tata Sons is also keen to bring Vistara under the holding company but that may not happen in the immediate future, owing to Tata Sons joint venture (JV) with Singapore Airlines (SIA).
