Savvy Group to invest Rs 1,000 crore to develop commercial, residential projects in GIFT City

This is one of the biggest development investment proposals in Gift City after the government of Gujarat recently relaxed one of the key conditions to allow even people not working here to reside in the city. Until this change, only those working in GIFT City were allowed to occupy residences in the business district.
