Brookfield India REIT lease rental income Rs 160 crore, up 7.3% on year

The REIT has generated net distributable cash flow (NDCF) of Rs 190 crore or Rs 6.42 per unit till the quarter end and has planned to distribute Rs 180 crore as dividend and interest for its unitholders amounting to Rs 6 per unit. Of this, 24% of distributions will be tax free for unit holders. The record date for this distribution is August 18, while pay-out date is August 25.
