Fresh hurdles ahead for eCommerce, transporters as states impose Covid curbs

The state government, in a notification on Wednesday, said the negative RT-PCR certificate will be valid for only seven days. The new rules, which come into effect from May 15, also require a cargo carrier to not have more than two people.
