Bad loan companies seek level playing field
The Association of ARCs in India recently responded to the RBIs call for suggestions to overhaul their structure in the country. ARCs were created under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act (SARFAESI), 2002, which allowed lenders to seize assets.
