Flexible office deals get bigger as cos opt for larger spaces

Managed office space provider Smartworks recently leased 700,000 sq ft at Vaishnavi Tech Park in Bengaluru in the biggest flex office transaction in the country. Table Space Technologies rented 3,50,000 sq ft in Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road area to Schneider Electric IT Business India. It has also signed up Microsoft for an additional 3,00,000 sq ft of flexible office space in the same property.
