Zee Media challenges Information and Broadcasting Ministry order in Delhi High Court

In its order dated September 23, MIB had asked Zee Media to remove its 10 regional news channels from Ku-Band on GSAT-15 Satellite, which were accessible on DD Free Dish due to co-location and proximity of transponders of the two direct-to-home (DTH) services.
