SIT files charge sheet against Setalvad, Bhatt, Shreekumar in court

Assistant Police Commissioner and investigating officer of the SIT, BC Solanki told ET that the SIT filed an approximate 6,400-page charge sheet after documenting the testimonies of 100 witnesses and has charged the trio under Indian Penal Code (IPC) Sections 468, 469, 471 (forgery), 194 (fabricating false evidence), 211 (false charge of offence made with the intent to injure), 218 (public servant framing incorrect record or writing with the intent to save a person from punishment or property from forfeiture) and 120/B (criminal conspiracy).
