Manipur High Court declares election of Outer Manipur seat null and void

The court ordered, "In the result, the Election Petition is allowed by declaring the election of the Respondent No. 1 asMember of Outer Manipur (ST) Parliamentary Constituency to the 17th Lok Sabha, 2019 as null and void; this Court declared that the Petitioner is duly elected as a member of Outer Manipur (ST) Parliamentary Constituency; both the parties are directed to bear their own cost.
