GAIL to buyback 5.7 crore shares for Rs 1,083 crore

GAIL plans to spend a total of Rs 1,083 crore, excluding taxes, on the repurchase of 5.7 crore shares, representing 2.5% of the companys paid-up capital and free reserves as of March 31, 2021.
