Wait for Nifty to trade above 18,300 for fresh long bets

Technical and derivatives analysts expect the Nifty to find support at 17,800 in the coming days and say the index has to sustain above 18,000 for it to extend further north to 18,300-18,400 levels. The Nifty gained 229.15 points, or 1.3%, to close at 18,102.75. Some believe that one should avoid taking bullish bets till the index crosses above 18,300.
