QSR chains wage marketing war on speed

India's biggest quick service restaurant (QSR) chains are now waging a marketing battle on speed for further consumer acquisition, with faster deliveries and dine-in services amid improved sales of both dine-in and deliveries. Yum! Brands owned-KFC is set to reduce take-away services time, while Domino's has reduced delivery time in locations with higher density. McDonald's, too, said focus on speed of service remains one of its key focus areas.
