Morgan Stanley downgrades Brookfield India REIT after a 30% surge

Morgan Stanley has downgraded its rating on Brookfield India Real Estate Investment Trust to equal-weight from overweight following an over 30% rise in its units. ICICI Securities and Kotak Institutional Equities are bullish on the stock in the long term.
