Hindujas ready $1.1 bn to up stake in IndusInd Bank

Hinduja said that once operational guidelines are in place, the promoters will raise the money in two to three months to enhance their stakes in multiple tranches to 26 per cent. At present, the promoters own 16.54 per cent in IndusInd Bank. Overseas funds collectively own more than 51 per cent.
