Govt mulls settling cases with telcos out of court, exploring ways to scrap existing SUCs

The official said a mechanism similar to 'Vivad Se Vishwas' (VSV) may be a good way to reduce litigation in a sector that has seen the government and telcos spar legally at practically every step, mainly on issues around interpretation of licence conditions.
