Reliance Industries offers 10-12% raise to staff, say sources

In April 2020, the company had announced a pay cut of 10% for employees earning more than ₹15 lakh in its petrochemicals business and froze increments in other businesses in response to the disruption in business due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
