Dealers’ body raises concerns over Ford non-disclosure pact

The Federation of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) sent a missive to Ford India, raising concerns over its non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with the company dealers after it decided to cease production operations and exit the mass-market segment in the country.
