Listed realty companies shed 37% of debt in 18 months: ICICI Securities

Companies such as DLF, Sunteck Realty, Sobha and Brigade Enterprises relied on the organic route to bring down net debt in FY21 while Oberoi Realty was able to maintain its balance sheet, which already had low debt even before the Covid pandemic, said the report.
