Charter of rules for regulatory bodies for OTTs, digital news sites to be issued soon
Each digital publisher has been mandated to be a member of a SRB under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which mandates a three-tier content regulation system for streaming platforms.
