CFM ARC preferred bidder for JBF Industries

The bad loan aggregator had emerged as a surprise bidder for the debt-laden company, ET had reported in May. Bankers had opened bids for the company under the Swiss challenge method earlier this month and since no other competitive bids came by, CFM was declared the preferred bidder, two people familiar with the account said.
