Sensex, Nifty close at fresh record highs

The Nifty ended 81.4 points or 0.52% up, closing at 15,751.65 after recording a new intraday high of 15,773.45. The Sensex is yet to reclaim its February 16 lifetime high (intraday) of 52,516.76. The 30-stock index closed 228.46 points or 0.4% higher at 52,328.51.
