Sebi relaxes minimum vesting period for ESOPs

The regulator said the move is aimed to provide relief to the families of the deceased employees of listed companies in view of the Covid-19 pandemic situation. This relaxation would be available to all such employees who have deceased on or after April 01, 2020.
