RLDA invites e-bid for development of rail land at Nizamabad, Telangana

The built up area of the site is 6173.89 sq. m., and its reserve price is Rs 3.95 crore. The land will be leased out for 45 years. The online pre-bid meeting will be held on 3rd June 2021, and the deadline for the bid submission is 26th July 2021.
