Warburg Pincus aims to hike stake in Good Host Spaces to 50% in 2 years

Last week, Warburgs affiliate Baskin Lake Investment acquired mortgage lender HDFCs 24.48 per cent stake in the company for over Rs 216 crore along with a primary investment, taking its stake to around 30 per cent.
